I'm Makai — a motion designer & creative director who treats every frame like it owes the viewer something. I make titles, idents and explainers that don't sit still for the sake of sitting still.

7-ish years of kerning letters until they crack, pushing easing curves past the preset list, and arguing about the exact frame a logo should land. I work with studios, agencies and the occasional niche internet micro celebrity, from first scribble to final delivery.

If it moves, I probably want to make it move better.
